KC- happy anniversary, have the best time in Mexico...bring us back some sun shine please  JAM...your hubby is in my prayers, if it is gull bladder surgery try not to stress too much, 4 people in my family have had theirs removed and all are doing well, it is very common. It isn't easy from afar, but just know he will be ok Soso... glad to hear your anniversary went "well" and no flannel jammies needed lol. Have a little faith in your man, he seems to be great As for the happenings in Haiti, lets all keep them in our prayers, they can use all the prayers they can get right now. Sad sad sad  Over the half way mark of another week gone by, i must thank god for this group, cause i would be lost without you all Bless up everyone |

I am feeling a little better now. I am totally amazed by the canadian medical system. Puts Jamaica to shame. I was able to talk to his nurse and she was very polite. He called me from the hospital. They allowed him to call me long distance (  ). That would never happen here. He is doing fine. They are going to remove his Gall Bladder and check to see if there are stones in the duct. From what they said it should be a pretty routine procedure. He should be out within 2-3 days. Thanks Guys,  |

Good Morning Everyone Jam ..sorry bout night left the thing on.. I hope everything went good and hubby is okay...What a thing to go through...i can only imagine u couldnt sleep last night..My prayers are with you and ur daughter and husband...I am glad he went to the hospital .....geeese...anyways Jam i hope you are okay.....link me if you need to Sassy....I handed in the Docs on december 28th....LOL...shows u how patient i am..i just want this all to be over with ....just like all of yous..its so hard.... Jam.... I am sorry to hear about you hubby. I know that this surgery is a very standard procedure and doctors in Canada really are amazing. He will be fine and we will all say a prayer for him. He is going to feel so much better once this is all over with. The pain killers he will get after will make him feel nice too Thursday and the week is almost over. It would be nice to hear some updates today and tomorrow. Thursday was a very lucky day for us, we had DOC request and PP call on a thursday I have most of the e-mails I need to start the E-vite.... But some of you have not sent me your e-mail. So please forward me your e-mails so I can get this ball rolling Have a great day everyone |

LCW, I understand your stress!! Hubby handed in his stuff on January 7, according to the letter, our BF should be around February 3.......i have not stopped thinking about it since he handed in the stuff...I just need this to be over now!!! I think I am more stressed out now then I was before we got the letter!! lol Jam, Glad to hear that hubby is doing better. I know it is hard to be away from them especially when it is something serious. Hang in there girl. He will be fine. Have a great day all |

I would have to disagree with that last statement you made. If you were not patient you would not have been able to last this long. You are probably one of the most patient people I know... you sassy, FF, homesoone, rosie, Stressed..... all of you are extremtly strong and patient. God never gives you more than you can handle....

I love you guys.... i feel so nice right now with all the love i got for our anniversary and well wishes in Mexico!
Jam... sorry to hear about hubby.. but yes, dont fret, Canada has an amazing health system and i promise you he will be in the best hands! But i feel your pain being so far away from hubby when he is sick... poor fella must miss you bad bad bad being sick and away from his wifey!
I must take a second to really reflect on whats going on in Haiti right now.... i cant even watch a news program or read a article in the newspaper without feeling like i am going to ball tears... its sooo horrible and i have not had the chance to see if there is a haiti forum on this here site but i will find it and most definetly give my greatest prayers to those in need in that country... it seems they just keep on getting beat up... every year something has to happen to that country - they are still recovering from the 4 or 5 hurricanes that devestated Haiti in 2008. God Bless them! Hubbies parents called last night to wish us happy anniversay and i just had to tell them over and over how much we love them and miss them and constantly think about them and how we cant wait to see them again and how we want them to just relax and take life easy and enjoy themselves and not work too hard... It is a real big eye opener and i just really need to not take anything for granted since tomorrow is never promised.
on a brighter note... less than 24 hours i will be in Mexico drinking tequila sunrises swinging on a hammock... i promise to have one for each and every one of you... time to get FROSSSSSSSSSHED out!

Love you guys.... take it easy... god bless.... and please.... take a min out of your day today and tell your hubbies and wives and children and parents that you love them and that you appreciate them and that you will never ever take them for granted....just let them know how speical they are to you...

SOSO Yea i know..lol........I guess ur right  LOL heres one i sent a email on me and KG 12 month anniversary..lol...asking wah gwaan wid our stuffs... That was tuesday BUT i dont expect them to answer but who knows mabey dem will get us through and off that RASS desk lol KC....yes since this haiti devestation i am and have been in greif for them...its tru they keep getting lick dung ...I work for the largest air force base in canada so all flight out come outta this base here ...encluding relief.....so i am gunna see wah gwaan wid dat today My prayer do go out to them...i watched a video live and the video was raw pure devistation is going on there...people laying in the streets bleeding dieing....IT hurt to watch it I will do that KC.....Thats one thing i have learned in life ....i never take no one for granted...NEVER!! As we all sit here with wi likkle place to live and our little money in the bank .....we have to give thanks and know we are very fortunate to have what likkle we have.....and to all whom are suffering with worry for family in haiti...may god bless each and everyone of them....and give them the courage to fight another day ...oooh man this is too much ....why do innocent people have to suffer Bless forum family may we all reconize our blessing no matter how big or small P.s.....KC have fun in mexico enjoy your precious time with hubby ..I hope you both enjoy your anniversary Have a good day |
