A Next friday ...and i am happy about this week cause bare ting a gwaan ...and it couldnt have been better...yahhh
As for me i am just waiting on them.....I cannot wait for something positve to happen...Yesturday hubby took sick and went to the doctor......Lawwwd mi tell you .....mi fret bad....anyways dem said him aight and him took some medicine from the doctor...Today him better....I cannot wait for this to be over.

UPDATE .... again..... and I don't think this is good. So here is what e-case noted today: Decision Made "We received your null on January 6, 2010. We sent you a letter on January 6, 2010 to C/O (lawyer infor) on the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us" Now I am really worried. First, what is "we received your null on January 6th" mean?  what is null Second, they've made a decision and we haven't been asked to pay for apply for our ARC - so it's got to be bad news Third, they made the deicion BUT we have an interview late Feb? why bother with the interview? Can anyone share some thoughts? opinions? Thanks and sorry for being a bother, Homesoon |

WOW.......hmm.damn girl ...wtf really...
Doesnt null mean....of zero value.. I dont get any of it.....It has to be a immigration term or a flippin typo...With that crap and the whole caips notes things....they should just talk english and spell it out....bare stupidity
I am unsure but with maples case she wasnt contacted until a year later made to do a interview and already knew there decision....You as you can see you can never be totally sure as everyones case is case specific..
So i dunno wats going on girl...It may be good it may be bad but honeslty i am not in a position to tell you anything .....have you though about contacting ur MP....they do have links in ottawa who will go over the IO notes on the datebase they have access to.....See if they can get a answer as to why decision made and wats going on....Mabey you can try emailing KG to see if hey answer and give a little info to wats going on...
Thats totally insane.....I once again wish i had a answer for you

Homesoon:I don't know what to say about your situation. One can only speculate at this point.
What if the interveiw is for the ARC? I honestly dont know but I do wish you the best.
Well another week gone. Not been a bad week we have seen some movement on here. Lets hope next week will be way better.

Thanks Jam, that's my hope too - that they're interviewing for the ARC. My lawyer has emailed Kingston ... as we all know, they have made mistakes online in the past. ie. My file showed that I was sponsoring another man too? So hopefully (believe it or not) that the "decision made" was an error. it's just too soon for good news. Hubby has only been out of the country for 9 months. So we will have to pay for an ARC. Anyhow, I have a whole 7 weeks to sit and stew .... but hopefully I'll learn something along to way so I can share my experiences with you guys. I pray the rest of you get updates (great updates) soon! Let's go JA! Love the idea of the kids joining us too. My daughter is almost 15 ... but if any of you have little ones, she's a great kid-sitter. homesoon |
