Hi all. Thanks Canuck, Dropped off Birth Certificate today. The ExperiencePretty quick and painless no waiting, I got there after 8 dont know if thats why the place was a bit empty, with the exception of about 5 peeps who were applying for a TRV. (brought back Memories of my attempt of getting a TRV)  Oh! Good thing I brought a copy of the new blue Birth Certificate, the security after you get through the main gate, Politely advised me they have been returning the older version for some time now and requesting that applicants come back in with the new blue one, (lesson learnt) but he said since the photo copy I had sent in was of the older version then I would also need to submit that original too. so I submitted both since mi walk with the 2 versions just in case of anything  (I had already gone ahead and got the newer version some months back but did not submit due to no B number) so no time wasted with having to come back again, he did not allow me to bring it inside though. Instead I was asked to write my B number on the envelope and address it to the High Commmission and he would deliver it. then I should wait for them to call me if they needed anything else. Nae I think you may be hearing from them soon too Judging from the timelines and where they are up to in terms of 2010 applicants and you being a month ahead of me. Rosie and Anxious you guys getting the call soon. off again. |

Well, we likely won'y hear from our Jammy for awhile, gonna be getting caught up on stuff, weather will be nice for her landing which will help her welcome home.
Hopefully KG will be getting some others re-united yet today. Found this study quite interesting so thought I'd share this with your hubbies
UCLA Study
A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of male face a woman finds attractive can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle.
For instance, if she is ovulating, she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features.
However, if she is menstruating or menopausal, she is more prone to be
attracted to a man with scissors lodged in his temple and a bat jammed
up his ass while he is on fire.
Further studies are expected.
