missinmyboo if out for overstay 1 year but if immigration approves his application befor the one year they will ask for the ARC fee and letter asking why they should let him back in. My husband was for overstay he was out for 1yr and 21/2 months and did not have to pay fee.

its good to know he was here and the was a sponsership for 24 mths and
because overstay and no refige in jamaica the say he had to go and i have to
withdrow the file here and do a out land sponsership so i did in september
22 2009they aproved it and the got the file in kG on the oct 28 and started
proessing the file novmber 11,2009 and send hubby the AOR out on the
16 nov he say he got it on the 20 they told him 6mths from the day
they got the file and they will contact him 2 mths before to let him know
what next to do
the 31 march 2010 will be one year he is out now and the contact him
alrady what u girls thing could it be because he had a fild here before
because then I look the inland sponsership, and the outland sponsership is
both in proessed ....HMMMMMMMMMMMMM please give me so advice ppl

Hi everyone,
So hubby got a letter today (which is weird because I put his mailing address as our home address in Cananda) and it is similar to Longdistance's.
They have requested that he RE-DO HIS MEDICAL, and PAY $400 ARC fee and $1500 DEPORTATION REMOVAL FEES payable by BANK DRAFT AT THE EMBASSY IN KINGSTON. (can not be paid on line or in canada)
No request to re-do the police checks.....wierd but oh well..
He has 60 days to do this and the letter is dated DECEMBER 3RD, 2009 so he has until FEBRUARY 3RD, 2010.
He is going to do the medical tomorrow and I will send him the money tomorrow. Hopefully he can go to the embassy on Wednesday.
I pray that it is quick from here but as the MP told me before expect at least 6 months from this time.....I hope that she just said that so I will stop bugging her!!!! lol

hi everyone....happy new year
i know i havet been on for a while but I honestly have been so down and stressed...my christmas was nothing at all....whenever i feel like this I stay bymyself thats my treatment.....I even been treating my hubby a way...man i dont know whats wrong with me......not eating always sick........

Hey everyone! Had a rough day today and climbed into bed early, checked the forum from my Blackberry .... and SOOOOO glad I did! Congrat's Sassy... I was so excited I had to run downstairs to get my laptop so I could respond and say - Whoot whoot!! Now I'm the ARC girl left waiting for an update (please, please, please .... something soon!). Awesome news Sassy. Lets all hope and pray this is the beginning of a great yr for us all. Just wonderful. All you old timers need to get out of here move on girls.lol  . From what precious said maybe we won't have to do a ARC considering he waited and file well after his 1 yr was up. We waited cause we never knew we could file before that time. But god willing he will be home for our anniversary in Aug. Stressed I can understand how ya feel girl. I feel angry most time just frustrated mostly and lonely lonely. Noone knows what we go through so thank goodness for this family here. Today at work I almost could have beat down the boss. We are right in line for a nice bonus well I was planning if so I am going home to hubby for abit well doesn't she go and give me a written notice for my till being over by $20 she knows full well she doesn't have to do that and I totally believe just being catty. So now I am knocked out and yup mad as ^%$$%^% but ya know I pray and keep thinking karma is a B$%^$$. And then had to the freaken nerve to ask any news on your husband when she knew what I was gonna do. Hubby hates that woman and doesn't even know her. So frusterated mad and much more but just hold on stressed it will be ok. |

Yes Sassy finally you get to post a UPDATE i was so happy for you ...really i was....i can see how excited you are....went to bed and slept good last night huh !!! I know how excited you are its wonderfull
Sassy and everyone whom is waiting on ARC .....A long time we have all been at this .....but there is something that i wanna say hopefully it makes sense to yous..I have done alot of reading pertaining to this proceedure.....
I truly feel because you have been asked to re medical and submitt ARC payment and deportation cost your almost done..
Wat ever your MP said sassy makes no sense...WHY...because medical is the last thing they look at or request (in your case) b4 they approve PR.....They wouldnt request re medical unless they were done with everything and ready to grant PR .....Background checks...screening yadda yadda.....So they are done that is why ARC payment has been requested along side with the removal cost and meds.....
Look at SOSO with her file they requested passport b4 they knew she just payed RPRF.....like i say dem done like dinna
Sassy this is just my 2 cents worth but u almost done..... and the fact the letter has dec 3rd on it woooi even closer...get those things in...and this is just a bet...but somewhere mid feb you gunna get that call.... mabey sooner but febuary your month man ...i can feel it
6 months after you get med request doesnt make any sense....believe me when i say this....dem ready fi send yuh mon home...cause dem nuh bodda request medical and draw it out for another 6 months ...trus mi
