hey Lonely no gurl it was His RCMP clearance from here and smooshy stuff from me...

Sassy I think we will wait like you's are just cause the overstay. His RCMP record is clear I was fine with that just thought get that in case they ask.

Sometimes the distance drives  me nuts. Last night hubby was getting all romantic and oh my I started to cry. I said he must stop talking so sweet cause it breaks my heart I can't feel him smell him just hear his voice. I just see a endless road before us.
I know one day it will end but the waiting is killing me.

Well family I am off to bed, work  @  my other job tomorrow I think I am crazzzzzy.

My husbands RCMP was clear also. I know that they will require mine due to his past criminal record in Canada.They will most likely ask for it from you and at least you don't have to wait on it now. And they should not make you do it after the 3 month time frame(expirey) as hubby was no where near canada during that time!! lol

I think ( and I might be wrong) but you, I, homesoon and longdistanceiskillingme are all dealing with an ARC. I am the longest one waiting so hopefully you guys can have an example to look at from me but I have a feeling some of you will get thru first!!! lol

So I noticed that our "friend" is posting on a bunch of other threads as she no longer has anyone to "discuss intelligently with" on the Kingston thread!! lol

Canuck...I am praying for you that you get that paper....this is really unfortunate as you have had detail so perfectly organized....i know its hard but try not to stress too much......when we were getting married we had so much problems getting hubby birthcertificate with his dads name on it we applied from Jan 08 and 2 weeks before the wedding he had a receipt in hand that the pastor was able to use to obtain the licence. after many trips to RGD - at the end his parents had to re register his birth just like a new born baby. So be strong my friend...things will work out.

Looks like the entire site is locked!!! I saw a note from our "friend" saying: "I was in contact with his office today. This weekend they will be introducting a new Discussion Forum that will permit enhanced management of spam. Yeah!!!!! "

wow....its really sad ladies the course of actions this person has taken...all one sided anyways.....but there is one member of our family that was threatened by her.......told to QUOTE "put the gun to your head ans pull the trigger, or crawl back into the whole you crawled out of, you are a waste of flesh.....


I guess its okay for that person...neways i am going to really focus on my life for awhile.......A little advice from someone you know who you are!!!!

So I just realizd from trackitt how long it's been for you guys. Can I ask, did you send in original documents? I find it odd that they haven't even asked you for original documents if nothing else. I was just showing our daughter this site and trackitt and when we were looking at your timelines she got a little upset to think that her dad might not make it home for next year.

another question - did you submit the RCMP clearance with the application? I know I've mentioned this before but my husband didn't do a clearance. He got his Pardon after he was back in Jamaica so it included a RCMP investigation.... anyhow, I'm debating whether or not to do another on just in case.

Have any of the others here who need an ARC gotten any updates from JA? requests for originals etc?

Good day all. Wow it is so nice to come here and not see all the garbage. She must be so bored.

Sassy how will I know if we need a ARC, the IMM lawyer said we wouldn't need any special things to come back just wait the yr and file.
There hasn't been any movement with us since the request for prints and handed in. Your yr is coming up so my god what are they doing waiting till the last minute. So also are you saying they will want a police clearance from me to? His so called "criminal act" was assault and thrown out.

He keeps saying if he would have listened to me and not his so called friends we wouldn't be in this mess. However its a hard way to learn I say. It makes us tougher.
