Hi Mizzy,

You guessed right.  Your application seems like it's still in the beginning stages.  If the BF date for selection was October 27 hopefully a decision has been made that is not reflecting on your notes.  The good news is that your next BF date should be this month maybe your file will see more action then!

I was always on the fence about the CAIPS notes and Mizzy's case further makes me believe that it is not worth applying for unless you have an unusual case (Like I do!!) or have surpassed the 14 month time frame.

Mizzy that is just horrific...... WOW.... yah i would DEF say that maple is right about BF this month.......we are the same timeline and oddy enough we are really similiar about the medical situation....11 months for me this month....and same for you 11 months

I went through the CAIPS and i seen nuttin about that SEL but as far as i can see your file hasnt been updated there is no way they havent done Security NO WAY.......So somthing is not right there.....like maple said.....


So its pretty sad that after all this time those Caips noted were not of any help ....


Mizzy i pray that youyhere something soon...that is frustrating even to me....what are they doing over there

Good morning...TODAY is SOSO's day!!!!  HMMMMMMM lucky lady!!..... I am sure you are on cloud nine right now....lol.  Well I am reading up on all the posts and I am starting to think I will be here for many months to come.  I had counted 7 months to January and that was my plan....he would be here by then, but I think it is just wishful thinking and I really don't know what I will do if I have to wait out these incredible times lines that you all are dealing with!!  I think it is just flipping crazy how they keep so many family members waiting for such a long time.  I am hoping I am exactly like SOSO's timeline.

Today is FINALLY here... I could harly sleep last night fuh tru. Hubby kept calling me every half an hour with a new question. His mom told him something about a Jamaican tax he has to pay to leave the island...........??

I am thinking this is the departure tax.....already included in the ticket I bough..

so, hubby went this morning to drop off the TRV appl  @  KNG..his return date to pick up is 12/16..we'll see what happens then!! he sd the lady  @  the counter was super rude he wasnt even able to ask abt the PRV..so we'll keep doin what we do best, WAIT!!

what i was said in the it just my mom they call to do medical,not  me on my sister we do not get any call or mail from them yet we call the immigration in Canada they said they do not have any thing to do with it now all the paper work is in Jamaica,   immigration in Kingston/ can the   immigration in Kingston  turn as down because it not Canada

my sister Sponsor me ere   brother , sister ,  nieces on mother  from 2001 Kingston received her application 8 year today and my mom  got call to do the medical in 2008 they call her back this year in 2009  telling her medical already expired on not going to make it in time to go to Canada  she have to do it back over they call in July28 she did it back in  November,10  this year   haven get any call from  immigration in Kingston yet,but it was a park-is  far all of as they send as some people in 2008 or 2007 for me on my sister on ere nieces,said in to as that we need to submin to us following documents: on we did so they ask for ,original birth certificate for my sis on me on ere nieces,on yourself the my mom ,birth certificate for your sponsor-that my sis who is filing,death certificate for your deceased spouse,completion of the attached from for me on my sister om nieces,      on we send it back in too the high commission it was two set of paper work my mom go the first set on we got the next set of paper who me on my sis on nies

Jetice do not worry i am having a hard time understanding your posts...but what i made of it is that Kingston has had the file for 9 years?

That doesnt sound right.....i am not 100 percent sure about parent grandparent sponsorship but the max wait for that in Kingston is 21 months for 80%

Has there been any issues with the file?

They have asked for documents request fairly standard......your mother is nearing the end of this journey Med redo is the final step b4 Passport REQ....so that is promising

Now i would hang on with reagrds to all of the rest of the families med redos possible they are further along with the mother and others arent...

Jetice i know with reragrd to sponsorship they are seperate applications thus why your mother is recieving letters and you are not.....Hang on wait for there corespondence the wait is horrible but you have to hang in there

can you give me a timeline when your application was recieved by Kingston Jamaica

Hatewaiting, I wish you luck love, hope he gets through. I had applied for a TRV before we started the PRV application but i was denied, some foolishness they told me. However in your case you have a PRV in process, so its different from with mine.

Hey morning to all God's ppl........today is a new day, a day of rejoicing because we're alive and in the best of health.......... we all acknowledge that dead ppl can't file or sponsor a hubby or wife...........so its good to be alive. Ladies these months we have face a lot of tribulation, stress, longsuffering and a lack of disrespect from IO in Kingston.........No way someone can paid for their service and this is the way in which they deal with us........no reply to our emails, they hardly answer phone and when they do, they give you wrong information....Their time is coming with the King of King and the high judge of the world....Give a fool power and see what they do with it.
