KC - Well i can say this: I found my husband 'deeper' in the country and I can assure you that he has only seen a dishwasher in movies/dvds.  I took my cousin who just came from JA 2 weeks ago to Ikea last weekend and he paused in front of the display so I asked him what the problem was...... he was studying the dishwasher because he's never seen on before.  LOL.   Oh my!!   Cool

Ladies (and gents)...mi a ROFLMAO at the posts from the last couple days...too funny.  I heard the same st. valentine batty man quips this week as well...hubby still called and wished us a happy one anyway.  I think he has gotten used to me ignoring many of the batty comments.  mi tink im likkle bit too much about batty dis batty dat at times.

Anyway, on the dishwasher sightings, hubby has seen in JA...but industrial at resort.  will be interesting once he has one...as we do here.  used to give me geers when I complain about bottle washing "cause you have a dish machine just use it".  did not understand bad bad to run unless full full. plus back then water bill was just water and he claim water "cheap"...singing a new tune with new sewer charge doubleing the bill since summer.

on the topic of washing dishes, anybody else's hubby insist on leaving the tap run with no plug and soaping each dish?  i don't wanna even try to imagine our water bills if he does that here.  i tell ya, the look on him face the first time I filled the sink with the plug in and washed dishes (least soiled to pots and pans of course)!  what was funnier was that I boiled water to do it! mi nah country gyal dem!

Good weekend to all.

Happy Birthday to Jam!

Good morning forum family. This is Jammy's day so have a great birthday. We all hope that this will be your last one without hubby

Farmer Brown goes out one bay and buys a brand new stud rooster for his chicken. The cocky young rooster walks over to the old rooster and says: "OK, old fellow, time to retire." The old rooster says: "You can't handle all these chickens, look what it did to me!" The young rooster replies: "Now don't give me a hassle about this old man. It's time for the old to step aside and the young take over, so take a hike!" The old rooster says: "Aw, c'mon, just let me have those two old hens over there in the corner. I won't bother you." The young rooster snarls: "Scram! Beat it! You're washed up! I'm taking over!" The old rooster thinks for a minute and then says to the young rooster: "I'll tell you what, young fellow, I'll have a race around the farm house with you. Whoever wins the race gets full domain over the chicken coop." The young rooster smiles: "You know I'm going to beat you, old man. So just to be fair, I'm even going to give you a head start." The two roosters line up in back of the farm house; a hen clucks "Go!" and the old rooster takes off running. About 5 seconds later the young rooster takes off after him. They round the front of the farm house and the young rooster is inches behind the old rooster and gaining fast. Farmer Brown, sitting on the porch, hearing the commotion looks up and sees what's going on. Quickly, he grabs his shotgun and BOOM! The young rooster is blown to smithereens! Farmer Brown sadly shakes his head in disgust: "Damn! That makes the third gay rooster I bought this week."

HAPPY B-DAY Jamy
