omg omg i am in tears yall i am sooo happy the last few week have been so great
when things start moving they really move... all of you have been sogreat ..honestly the only family i have had in the last few months ....i am so grateful to have found the forum and set of people who have been supportive and been there to read and respond to my ranting and raving and helping through this process you guys are all great BLESS UP FORUM FAMILY NUFF LOVE AND PEACE
Since i got the news i have been a basket of emotions i guess excitment and pregnacy makes one emotional basket case outta me ..... looking through the price of tickets right now....
i am definatly taking my last two weeks of vaction and going home spend a little time wioth the inlaws....ohhhh God i can't wait to bring my family home with me .....
wow thank you lord my little family of 4 will be toagther soon and in just a short time we wil be a family of 5 Cheesy

Happy May 1'st, oh my Goodness, feels like Christmas was just yesterday!
RC2 Great landing story, welcome home again lady =) I'm not sure if your kids have any friends here just yet , but my daughter is the same age as your son , she can take him out and show him around, she's a good girl and has a great job (TELUS) so she may be able to get his foot in the door if he's interested!

I havent' been on here in a long time but I have just read a ton of things on here. Congrats to all who have made progress and to those that have moved I wish you all the best and stay strong to all the rest. I will keep you all in my prayers. I haven't been on in a long time as we were having difficulty with my pregnancy but all is well now and less than a month to go...yay! however on the other hand the job search for the hubby has been really tough and unsuccessful Sad

and mat leave may not be an option which will really suck. Short update hope all is well and kindest regards to each and everyone!

I was right in the middle of posting abit of rage...and for some reason, it wouldn't let me.....there were no swears...I edited it!!! Angry

Ok so hubby had been instructed to pick up pp in order to have his police check redo, oh whoops....KNG mailed it to him by accident! Oh it gets better...he asks did u send by courier?.....Nooooooooooooooooooo....regular mail.....cho man....I'm swearing in english and patois!!!!!! So he should get it by next friday Shocked

............I had chocolate.....sighs................Come on KNG you're on a roll, nuff slackness!!!!!

I personally don't know of any consultants or lawyers to refer you to, but just wanted to say that most of us here on this forum put together our applications on our own. It is very easy to do on your own and all of us are willing to help you. Is your spouse a Jamaican citizen? My suggestion would be to begin on your own and save yourself the money of a consultant/lawyer. They do not help speed up your processing and just end up costing lots of money.

Thats just my 2 cents. But whatever you choose, welcome to our forum!
