Usually quiet on Saturdays and Sundays while folks run errands, spend time with families etc.

I spent part of the day working, and part of it with a friend I count among my closest in Kingston.  She is trying to "get in her time" before I leave, LOL, so today we went shopping for some new work clothes for her, and comparison-shopping for souvenirs for me to take with me.  We had lunch and just generally burned a lot of calories walking all over the place to come right back where we started, haha.

Holy I have been spring cleaning like a mad woman, about 15 full bags of clothes, 2 tv's , a high def HD dvd player, an awesome computer desk, 2 Full bags of shoes, all donated to the women in need shelter. I only parted with a few books, but it feels so good to give..this was not all  my stuff my mother and daughter donated to the cause...just so you all dont think I'm some kind of hoarder

fully cleaned and shampoo my car, way too many coffee spills driving a stick , it was a busy busy day...pretty much ready for hubby... just one last mirror to hang

I can't believe hubby already has an interview on Tuesday, he told me to line something up...so I did I'm taking Monday off so we get his health care, Alberta ID, Banking and Social Insurance number. I'm getting really excited now.

I know there are a couple of landings this weekend..Mrs.L EVERYTHING WILL BE WONDERFUL! and R2C safe travels can't wait to hear the landing stories, then next week ya'll get one from me!

Charlie sounds like you had a great day, my girls from work decided to take me for my last weekend of freedom drinks last night!! had some chocolate martinis...I can get used to those they were hella yummy!

oh yeah and on Friday I added him to my work benefits, life Insurance plan and booked his dentist appointment!

Yes, I'm up late...I drank a chilled coffee drink, which I love but invariably I am now hyperactive and tired but I can't shut down until the caffeine wears off. History channel has some interesting documentaries on this time of night..er, day!

So, I'm sitting in the ca :or park of my supermarket. Waiting for it to open. In all my running around yesterday reach home just to realize I have only a handful of peas. Kmt. So here I am. LOL. My cooking timing has been thrown off, but my meat season last night, so it just my peas stress. My husband is crazy tired. He left mobay since 245 am to drive to kgn and is currently at airport checking in!

  Yup, well peas on the fire now, haven't heard back from hubby yet so I'm assuming he's going thru security.  The only thing a little annoying is he is so over tired he prob going come in and crash. Sleep for 16 hours lol.

Ha! He luv sleep! I will b sure to report back the result lmao! I cancelled some family coming over because I thought it might be overwhelming, 2 babies (niece n nephew) my 4 kids plus 4 other adults..if he is miserable might be a bit much.

I'm am so excited about all the landing stories to come.
Mrslwsn... I am cracking up so early in the morning but I love it. Hubby will be fine.

I am having a problem with my hubby and getting all his task done before he gets the visa in his hand. All I keep hearing is "mi wi sort it out" and nothing complete yet. So I'm just letting him be 4 now. But anyways I'm so happy same way!

lol  @  basha!! Yea my husband famous line, nuh worry babes mi wi sort it out...kmt..soo frustrating. Well I am hoping hussy ok, I havent heard him and his phone is off. Slightly worried, but nmia site says his flight is boarding, so I am hoping all is well. It is scheduled to depart in 2 mins...so if by some miracle air jam isnt delayed (for once) then in 4 hours he should be here!!! Rhaa...gone go look pon di pot!

LOL, Basha, don't be too hard on him.  I spent last week dealing with the matters attending to giving up my jobs and our apartment, and hubby kept saying, "But you haven't packed anything yet!"  I would respond by saying, "A) It's not a whole lot of stuff, I can get it all packed in the week after I leave work, and B) I still have a few weeks of work yet, what you mean by packing?!"

Now, I'm not dragging my feet, but I don't want to put all my stuff away and spend the next few weeks feeling like I am "kotching" in what is still my place!

I'm sure he's fine, MrsL, he may have just decided to comply with the security regulations even before boarding.

Well NMIA says the flight has departed on time!!!! And GTAA is reporting so far it's on time...so I am going to assume all is well and he is on his way!!
