woooooow look at all these updates, im loving it!!!!  kgn surely is on a roll and a huge congrats to each and everyone who have received updates....i see a whole lot of reunions happening soon and i cannot wait to read some landing stories. I dont post often but i do chk as much as i can.

well everything here is good, waiting for this weather to finally get it together, one day its hot enough for shorts and the next its snowing. me, hubby and the kids are looking into planning a trip to i think its called 1000 islands in june. we are gonna rent a cottage and go there for a weekend.
i love seeing that ppl post what its really like when your significant does get here. its a huge transition and even hubby and i had a big struggle and it was quite difficult. its crazy how 5 years apart and then a few mths together and we are getting on eachothers nerves....but weve worked thro all of that thankfully and things are better than ever. if we can go 5 years apart, then thro the lil bump in the rd we had then im pretty sure we can get thro anything that gets thrown at us as well as everyone else.

kc416- wow your lil girl is precious, her eyes are just stunning. my eyes are that color and i was hoping one of my children wouldve gotten that but they dint and its ok cuz they have some big beautiful brown eyes. jus no stopping at her ok, you need to bless this world with some more beautiful babies  lol

Everything just falling into place now. Hubby is excited about the birth of our child. I tell him he can be right beside me when I deliver. Apperently its not the custom at the hospital in Mobay cause his brother's wife gave bith in Feb. And he was not allowed in the delivery room. Well I told him its different here so lots to look forward to.

congrats to all the people who have received PPR and to those that have made it through the interview process and those that have finally received their visa's!  it's a gruelling process and you've made it to the end!!

special congrats to Basha!  I know pregnancy can be difficult on it's own never mind without your spouse present to support you through it and share in all the happy moments.  I'm happy to see that your hubby will be here for the baby's birth!! something a father should not have to miss!!

to those with spouses landing shortly.....get those mirrors in place!! lol  it's a very exciting and anxious time for you, been there and remember that! wishing your spouses a safe journey and smooth landing process!

A big shout out to nae, ol fren, hope things are great with the family. Wow, a big congrats out to all the updates, there was a time when KG only licked out one a month, they are certainly on a roll. Ok time for a little dose of  humour

A lady goes to her parish priest one day and tells him, "Father,
I have a problem. I have two female parrots but they only know
how to say one thing." "What do they say?" the priest inquired.
"They say, 'Hi, we're prostitutes. Do you want to have some
fun?" "That's obscene!" the priest exclaimed, "I can see why you
are embarrassed." He thought a minute and then said, "You know,
I may have a solution to this problem. I have two male parrots
whom I have taught to pray and read the Bible.

Bring your two parrots over to my house and we will put them in
the cage with Francis and Job. My parrots can teach your parrots
to praise and worship. I'm sure your parrots will stop saying
that...that phrase in no time." "Thank you," the woman
responded, "this may very well be the solution."

The next day, she brought her female parrots to the priest's
house. As he ushered her in, she saw this two male parrots were
inside their cage, hold their rosary beads and praying.
Impressed, she walked over and placed her parrots in with them.
After just a couple of seconds, the female parrots exclaimed out
in unison, "Hi, we're prostitutes. Do you want to have some
fun?"

There was a stunned silence. Finally, one male parrot looked
over at the other male parrot and said, "Put the beads away,
Francis, our prayers have been answered!"

Chukie, how nice to see you!  Thank you, yes, my journey is moving on to the next phase!  I am thinking the next person up should be someone still working on their app, at the rate KG is going now, everyone who is waiting will be done soon, haha!  Man, they are on fire!  Relax and enjoy "practicing" making babies, they have a tendency to come along when you are "not trying"! LOL.

Hey Mrs P!  Thanks for sharing, so everyone realizes it's not just the people who haven't been married long who have settling in challenges, it's everyone!  I think we've seen it goes right across the spectrum, and that the challenges are individual to each couple, but the solutions work for everyone: lots of communication, lots of patience, some compromise and heaps of love.
