There are 2 addresses for sending the application, one to be used if you are sending by courier (signature will be applied and receipt confirmed via your courier service) and the other if you use ordinary mail.  The courier address is:

Morning everyone, hope you are all having a great day today.

I got a call from Kingston yesterday saying that they had tried to call my husband but that his number was out of order.  We had notified them on 16 November that his number had been changed, but nobody had taken on the details.  So frustrating!  Anyway, the lady said my husband's application is nearing completion, and said that as his medical expires on Jan 24, would we be landing before that date.  Unfortunately we won't be able to but we are so excited now!

He's booked his redo for Monday, does anyone know how long it takes for Kingston to get the results from Trinidad, or if the doc should mark somewhere that its a redo?  Apparently because he's british, he doesn't need to send his passport away, and we just have to set up an account with FedEx/DHL or whatever so that they can send us all the paperwork.

He's going to give his work his 3 months  notice next week, we are going to be back in Canada for May, and will avoid the horrible summer heat of Grand Cayman...

Sending everyone really positive vibes, hope we get some new updates soon, and I"m sure I'll be back to ask more questions soon!

Hey Meg!!  That's great!! I shall post an update for you, since there will be no PPR request for you, and it basically means your husband has been approved that they are asking you if you can land before Jan 24!! Woooottt!! 

It should take KG less than 30 days to receive the updated information from POS.  I say should.  Hopefully they are alert and expecting it, because we have seen them receive it in less time when they were prepared for it, as in Mr Proper's case.

Haha, yes, you will avoid the heat of Grand Cayman, but I hope you are ready for the humidity of a Canadian summer.

Mark another one off, folks, 2011 is moving!  NNNNEEXXXXTTT!!!!!

Good morning to everyone and congrats to all families who have been reunited with thier love ones. To all who are still wating including me, our time will come. I dont know what this means but i got an update saying " we starteed processing xxxxxxxxxxxx application on January 05 2011." My husband's medical expires in early February, so this could be good news, dont know. I think you will hear something soon charlie, my application was sent back and returned in June. If this calls for an update pls update charlie. Any comments anyone?

Hey JahBEE, that's great!!  That's an "in process" update, so tell your hubby to keep his phone close, they could be trying to finalize his file before his medicals expire.  Get your mind in gear for everything that could be involved in bringing him home!!    Making a change to the update listing above to show your movement.

Prayed for us all again last night!! charlie, your time has got to be soon too!! I finally booked a trip to see Hubby, it's a ways yet!! but I am praying to sweet Jesus he will let me bring him home, Trip is for March our One year anniversary, by then it will be 7 1/2 months that I've filed! I should have been more patient when booking or waited till it was closer, but a pretty decent deal came up and I didnt want to pass it up! I need to see him! Missing him so, so much~

Hey all. I will miss my 2nd anniversary with my hubby this year, but was thinking of going dwn just after, on Mar/1. Not sure yet, I had seen a sale for a flight mar/1-5th for 450.00 but I am gonna see how it goes...My anniversary is Valentines day, but my new job is excellent so I am trying not to take any time off from work in the first 3 months...I really miss my hubby, I am used to traveling home to see him every 3  to 4 months, for a good amount of time like 3 weeks up to 3 months, so this has been hard for me, as I am sure everyone knows this feeling. It been 4 months last friday since I seen him, also I miss my mother in law who is very much the only mommy I have ever had Aye sah...

Hang in there, Mrslwsn.  The good news is KG seems to be making an effort with files received since the latter half of 2011, we've seen a number of files since June being processed in the 6/7 months range!  Maybe by the time you've got settled into that new job and can take some time off, it will be time to bring hubby home!  The missed occasions are temporary, don't take them too much to heart, the vast majority of them will be spent together!
