Aww...thanks Mrs Proper!! I actually felt that way when you guys got yours to!! The support of you and everyone on here has been incredible. Don't know what I would have done without all of you and this forum.

Ok glad to know you got your stuff back tOo because we were of the understanding they didn't return stuff so we were very confused LOL!!!

Yup can't wait to post our landing story. Its gonna be quite the day...thankful my parents are flying over again to help us move home..and thankful for a direct flight that doesn't go through Toronto. I pretty much did flips...well ok more of a challenged cart wheel....when I booked that flight! Honestly this whole process I've had nightmares about Toronto immigration...ever since witnessing some appalling behavior on behalf of their IO's a few times to other new arrivals!! So going straight to Alberta is a huge blessing~!

toronto was ok for hubby and he woulda been out sooner if he dint forget his laptop on the plane and have to turn around and go all the way back. Then get in the back of the line :S but its a moment I will never forget even when the ppl were watching me like I was a mad woman running for mr proper. Lol even watching our lil princess holding a welcome home daddy sign and then running for him too was the best feeling. Ok we seriously need to read some more landing stories soon!!!! I do agree tho a direct flight is best

start getting everything together SQ because before you know it, your time will be here Cheesy

SQ- congrats again my dear, I so know the feeling of anxiety and sadness all mixed in one, but we got do what we got to do and go where we go!!

Seriously guys its killing me to know that i will be leaving my family behind for at least a whole year, it makes me really sad sometimes, anyways my ticket has been booked oficially now for January 26, and i resign my job effective January 13th. This christmas will be a very special christmas to me than all the others, and i plan to treasure every monent of my family time, and after this my new life starts in Canada with my hu

Hoping for some great updates tomorrow and Witty i pray that your wait will come to an end this week. All i can say is try and hold the faith, i know its hard but if you don't you will lose your sanity. This is a stressfull process and you need to be as relaxed as you can be to deal with the roller coaster ride.

Good morning forum family, hope everyone is doing awesome today and a big congrats to those that have finally received some news and hopefully this week will bring some more.
Well, this goes out to all us fine gentlemen, will help us understand our wives a bit more

Q. How many women with PMS does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A. One. ONE!! And do you know WHY it only takes ONE? Because no one else in this house knows HOW to change a light bulb. They don't even know the bulb is BURNED OUT. They would sit in this house in the dark for THREE DAYS before they figured it OUT. And once they figured it out they wouldn't be able to find the light bulbs despite the fact that they've been in the SAME CUPBOARD for the past SEVENTEEN YEARS. But if they did, by some miracle, find the light bulbs, TWO DAYS LATER the chair that they dragged from two rooms over to stand on to change the STUPID light bulb would STILL BE IN THE SAME SPOT!!!!!!! AND UNDERNEATH IT WOULD BE THE CRUMPLED WRAPPER THE STUPID LIGHT BULBS CAME IN. WHY??? BECAUSE NO ONE IN THIS HOUSE EVER CARRIES OUT THE GARBAGE!!!! IT'S A WONDER WE HAVEN'T ALL SUFFOCATED FROM THE PILES OF GARBAGE THAT ARE 12 FEET DEEP THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THE HOUSE!! THE HOUSE!!! IT WOULD TAKE AN ARMY TO CLEAN THIS...

CONGRATS JAHLOVE and SMOOTHIE!!! It's so nice to see the people I went through the process with have finally gotten through... Now for Ebony and Charlie!

How is Everyone.... Long Time... !!

Everything is going well on our end.. there have been some really great times and some really challenging adjusting times... but thats to be expected, I married my best friend and no matter how mad he makes me, he can still make me laugh 5 minutes later.

Im an emotional moody mess, shocking he hasnt killed me yet! but he can't, not yet anyways... not until his SON is born in 4 months! YES! thats correct, 5 months preggers over here!! We waste no TIME! the whole time we have been together we have always had a countdown to something, why change things now!! lol.

We booked our next trip back to JA for July, our little bean will be 3 months... that way he can meet everyone. So excited. At one point I hated going to JA as often as I was going... now Im itching to go to the back and get some sun... play in the ocean! YES!

Ok my peoples, I need updates... I may not be on here all the time, but the next time I am... I'd like to see some landing stories!!

No word on your application charlie? my goodness... I think I was reading stuff from you before you and I both applied! Update!!
