Good afternoon!!! RG I am totally pumped... I am hoping they call him by next week that would be finally a dream come true for you girl... SQ.. did your hubby finally get the passports back from DHL?? Hubby and I started to put the decorations up but we are not done, we were tired last night and gave up to go get some sleep lol.... I am really happy that this year I get to spend xmas for the first time with my husband. In 5 years of being together we never had the chance to spend it together. I am gonna do my best to make it extra special for him It seems like Kingston is not moving too fast lately, I am hoping to see more updates this week  |

Witty... your passport will be mailed to you if you gave them a prepaid enveloppe from DHL, if not then you will have to go pick up your passport at the embassy when they call you.

Witty really no use in stressing a decsion will be made when the time is right so far no 1 else has been in ur unique situation where they went for an interview and wait so long with any justification from KGN so if u want u can go and visit them or honestly stop stressing everything will happen in time |

Witty- I feel for you and I get your frustration!!!!! Its easy for ppl to say be patient but to be honest I would be the same way! I really do hope you hear something very soon. Me and mr proper went thro the whole waiting for something for mths and trust me it takes a toll on you. Jus keep positive and keep praying. Something will happen soon!! Evening all...trying to contain my excitment...but honestly..I'm like the energizer bunny on crack right now....this day has been like a wild roller coaster of excitment, disbelief, emotion, and happiness, and also a bit of sadness at the close of a chapter. We have lived in Jamaica our whole married life...and we had a busy normal life working and surviving. So now we are leaving...and I realize more than ever that Canada is not home...Jamaica is home and I feel a sense of grief on a level I never expected now that we are leaving. But passports in hand..excitment is mounting so that helps with the feelings of sadness...today it overhwhelms them completly LOL!!
So our lil passport adventure. We went down to Kingston Friday...and a very incompetant DHL lady " accidently" sent them on to Montego Bay despite having siad the would hold them for us to pick up as delivery would be slow due to the season. A wasted tank of gas and a day...we were pretty ticked. So we waiting the weekend and DHL met us half way to our house from Montego Bay and put the precious little books into our hands.
I cannot describe the feeling. Seeing those visas in the passport...a sense of almost betwilderment and disbelief...like this is seriously happening OMG!!! But we were like...why is the package so big. Now these people returned EVERYTHING!! Our whole file we sent in...even our photos and passport photos. We were pretty confused on that one!! They did keep back some papers..but most of them they must have made copies of or something?? We don't know...but we got back like a twenty pound package that they repackaged..not in the DHL evelope we sent but a big box thing.
So its official folks..passports are in our possession. DWL ...hubby whose been dreading leaving and suffering a bit of depression was so excited..thank goodness...he asked if we could switch our tickets and leave today hahahahahahaha!!
So yea...we pretty excited!! But I thought I would update you all..officially have the passports!
