Mrs Lwsn, remind your husband that "shortcut draw blood".  This is not a process whereby he wants to try and cut corners, it can cause more delays than it appears to solve to do something "shorthand".  Tell him to get into the habit from now of doing as he is required to do, how he is required to do.  It will make getting along in Canada much easier, because it is not Jamaica where you can "try a thing" and maybe it will work out because "a man wi jus gi yuh a bly".  The requirement is 8 photos taken at the same time.  End of, as my husband would say.

It was something like ppl were paying and it wasn't showing that it was going thro online and they would try it again and same thing. But when they chkd their credit card it went thro twice so they had to wait a few weeks to get the money put back on their credit cards :S

sry, take the word "original" out of it. but my checklist says I can send a copy of my passport. Isnt it the applicant (SPONSORED person) who has to send a copy of bc???

BBBB, the consent form is for your husband to fill out, authorizing you to make the request on his behalf.  He doesn't need to send the paper original, he can scan and email the completed form to you, that is what my friend's husband did when they used this service.

Mrs Lwsn - trini777 has a different situation and is being specifically asked to produce the sponsor's BC, this is nothing to do with the original application.
