Hello everyone!!!
I think Kingston is still on summer holidays... not much moving over there... I am really hoping to hear some wonderful news for some of my friends with October starting in a few minutes... I am hoping that monday brings lots of good news for our forum friends as I know a few are well overdue...
Iambless... when my husband landed all they told him was ok you're immigrating today?? he replied yes then they told him to go into a different place and all pretty all they asked was did you have a good flight? what brings you to canada? what is your wife's address? then they welcomed him to canada and gave him a little bag with newcomers information in it... BTW if you like rum it is time to bring lots lol my husband was able to clear 5 or 6 bottles... they never said one thing and I know a few more people that were able to carry in enuff bottles like my husband lol... If you want a more detailed landing story go back to june 19 or 20 and you will be able to read a more detailed one...

Iambless, as lonely_wife said the questions are very simple. You may be asked to confirm your address (for your PR card to be sent to you), whether you have any other dependents not listed on your COPR and to sign where indicated that they have asked you these questions and you have understood and answered them truthfully. Ta-da, little Welcome to Canada package, and it's all over.  I agree, lonely_wife. Too quiet in September, I am looking forward to great things in October! Last year this time things had swung into gear and people just started rolling out. KG looks to be a couple weeks behind, (well the timeline increased by 3 months this year!) but I am still hoping for lots and lots of updates starting next week!  |

KGN timeline increase from 14 to 17 mths thats what she is referring to LW hopefully next mth quarterly update we see a decrease in time CPC-M is at 68 days now  |

I think there was a contact number on the letter they sent me, do you want it?
I would have to go dig that letter up in my files, so if you want it let me know

So at what point is it worth ordering CAIPS notes?? My husband is convinced I should call our MP now because he says the wait to long! LOL LOL LOL I told him he knows nothing of a long immigration wait yet!! Five months and he's this impatient...pssshhh |
