It's more humid than anything right now, canuck!  Hurricane Irene gave us a miss, but she left some reminders of her presence in the form of a trough that caused some wild thunderstorms Thursday night, and some overcast and very humid weather today.  Can you say bad hair day?

Hahahaha canuck that's a good one and so true, funeral for him if he ever try that one!!! Lol hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, been pretty busy with lil mans soccer tournaments and all, had soccer today, mon, tue, sat and sun... Feels like its taking over my life!!! Lol
Tomorrow I'm taking the kids to the zoo for the day hopefully its not to hot out. Enjoy the rest of yer weekend everyone and let's hope KGN starts monday off with a BANG!!!!!

Pleased to be posting this second to last update for confusednscared!  His visa and ARC have been issued, he has a month to land, haha.  After they made him wait so long, they gave him only a month to get the heck out of Dodge!  That's Immigration for you, always working on THEIR time!  Congrats, and happy landings, confusednscared!

I think it's time my name gets a nice big green highlight in the 2009 applicants list. It's finally O V E R !!! for me.

Received my PP with VISA, yes, V I S A (never thought I'd be typing these words about me in this forum) from DHL yesterday. Even though it has a very short period before it expires I am still grateful that I can finally forget about this friggen process.

To all those of you waiting, it's a hard and tough battle thinking through thick and thin what the future holds. Remember to always keep positive, hold strong faith, be determined and just keep smiling for the day your time reaches. I have done it for over 2 years (June 2009-Present) for this to work and it has worked.

I have also had my Authorization to Return to Canada approved. There's to some success for those of you having to go through this category.

I know (DO NOT tell me that you are not) some of you waiting for your time to reach feel a bit depressed and down that your turn hasn't reached yet or  you have been waiting for XXX months and years and nothing. Trust me my friends, I used to feel the same way each time I read continuous success stories from members. Although I was happy to see others through the process there was always sadness in me that it wasn't my turn. Never give up though in what you believe. God knows what is in store for all of us and only gives what we can handle so never fret, sob or get angry that Little Johnnie who has applied 10 months after you has gotten  his visa in less than 6 months and you are still waiting. I did, had my moments of dealing with it, thought about it being as an "everything happens for a good reason" philosophy in life and moved on with great happiness. It's Gods work and behind every action we do in life, there is a reason to it.

Thank you all, you know your faces, for all the support and great words of advise and enlightenment throughout these years of waiting.

Wow and massive CONGRATS!!! To you confused that's amazing news!!!! You truly do deserve this and I look up to you knowing you waited over 2 years and did not give up, you give me so much hope!!!! So glad to see yer end of the road has come. Truly well deserved!!!!!

LOL .... has anyone realized I should be awarded the "Longest Wait" Award. I just ran through the list and have noticed I topped it with my 26 wonderful *barfs* months of waiting out CIC.

I better be the only one with this stats or else I will create a scene if anybody gets even 10 months closer to my big ole 26 months

Good morning everyone! Well I almost had a heart attack today, I woke up and had an ecas tracker email, was shaking so much I could barely open it. But it was nothing new, I guess with the glitch in the ecas it was jus telling me the same stuff I already new I chkd ecas myself and the address still missing so I'm guessing that's why I got the emails. Sucks!!!
