The principal applicant and all family members must present civil identity documents and documents showing their relationship to the PA and the sponsor. So, even if a child is non-accompanying, their BC must still be added to show their relationship to the mother or father who is being sponsored.

Q.8 on the new sponsor questionnaire ask: Have you resided in countries other than Canada? I was born in Jamaica do i put that address as thats the only place I have resided other than Canada, I however have had multiple Canadian addresses since coming here ages ago.
