Afternoon everyone! Canuck - thanks for coming to the rescue with the terms, that was comprehensive and excellent! Nae - condolences on the loss of your brother-in-law, condolences to Mr. Nae, too, I'm sure this is a trying time for him and his family. Chelley - enjoy the vacay! Downtime after a busy period is always needed. Jahlove - there you are! I hope everything works out, keeping my fingers crossed for you. JoyVine - 2011 turn will come soon, 2010 is winding down! Togirl - congratulations and jubilations, can't wait to post that update for you. Safe travels and happy landings to Mr. TO. I won't be on too much this weekend, as my hubby is home to celebrate our first anniversary and we are in Negril (of course). I will check in so I can post Togirl's update, and any others. Hi forum fam, i have a question for you guys. if hubby was suppose to remove the ability to check his application online with his old file number that he had when he originally started the imm process here in canada, can he use the bfile number that i got to still view his app.? my reason for asking is bcuz i just remembered that the consultant that he dealt with back then couuld still view his file with the old number and i don't trust him(the consultant).thanx in advance for your help guys.

Good morning everyone!!!! I don't have time to read everything... but I just wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone and I miss you guys Life is awesome with hubby we got his sin number and got a bank account for him now we have been applying for jobs online.... Loving every minute of the time we spend together... It feels amazing... the best feeling in the world... tonight is gonna be a party that my mom is hosting for hubby with a lot of my family members.... Today me and hubby have lots of things to do cause we have my best friend wedding tomorrow and rehearsal and all... wow we have been so busy... anyways i have to go cause hubby is getting out of the shower... **hugs everyone** |

Thanks, kuma Mylilangel - so far as I understand that warning on the eCAS, if you check the box it is supposed to remove the ability for ANYONE to see the file online. However, if your husband has not removed the consultant as his representative by filling out that Representative form and sending it to CIC, he/she MAY still have access to the information. In your shoes, I would ensure your husband formally removes the consultant from acting on his behalf, if you had not already done so. Nae - PM me or send me a message when your plans are set to come down, I will see if we can't meet in the middle for that beer and some jerk! |
