I work in a BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) company & i provide telephone support to customers overseas with regards problems with their laptop & applications. Its L1 support semi-tech support.

Kindly let me know which NOC does this come under for my current work experience.

Try this, 2282 - see if the duties and requirements match your experience - It is Skill Level B.
