Can anyone please advice me on what to do with my application? my annulment is currently on process and my kids are with my ex-husband.  He told me that he wont let me have the kids to get a medical exam.  As i know, it is a must that dependent children weather will be coming or not to the principal applicant in Canada are required to take medical.  Is it true that by furnishing an Affidavit of letter stating a valid reason why kids cant go is accepted? please i need advice.

You can write to visa office about your marriage annulment and costody of kids with ex husband and incapacity to get medicals of kids done. If you want - you can also write the dates on which you will get custody and can get medicals of kids done on such dates. This would be valid reason.
