Usually PER refers to Positive Eligibility Review. NER Negative Eligibility Review

PER - POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW

NER - NEGATIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW

are terms coined by the members of this forum to name the first official communication from CIO,SYDNEY to the applicant.....which comes in the form of an EMAIL....this is applicable only to POST JUNE 26, 2010 applicants. Please note that there is no reference of PER or NER on the CIC website.

Pre June applicants received 1st AOR (Acknowledge of Receipt) from CIC ( to acknowledge the receipt of INITIAL package) and later applicants were given 120days to provide FULL DOCUMENTS (Additional supporting documents) to respective VISA OFFICES and were issued 2AOR.
