If I become a Canadian Permanent Resident can I keep my US citizenship?

getting PR, doesn't mean loosing any citizenship.
The problem arises only when one acquires another citizenship. For this, you have to look at whether US and Canada allow dual citizenship.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon
