l guess the policy of immigration is not to accept immigrants but instead to refuse. for me to be an undergraduate with certain knowlegde of official langauge of Canada should be sufficent.
the immigration policy is discriminating in the skill category . it is only one or a few shapes the policy but l dont think by that way immigration needs of the country can really be met .
it has now been like a puzzle to be nominated and chosen as a candidate for immigration . l wonder if the the minister of immigration can pass the immigration in skilled category or his staff members . let them have a test through the policy they draw l am sure most of them will fail in the skilled category . so the policy is not really to accept but to refuse.
