Kabayan, help nyo ko sa mga tanong ko, and2 kming 2 asawa ko work sa food service d2 sa canada and recently approved ung  provincial nomination application and then problem now is early this year na diagnosed ng cancer asawa ko, e2 problema nmin pano nmin mai convince immigration officer sa manila to grant our knowing that my wife's condition may cause excessive demand ksi compute nila within the next five years if u or ur  family requires a frequent service for hospitalization, kabayan help nyo d2 what are necessary documents how we could convince an officer, perhaps lam nyo lhat ung tejada law pero for live in caregiver lng, e kmi food service, asawa ko pla ok na ngaun sa awa ng Poong Maykapal tsaka healthy pumunta d2 asawa kumbaga d2 lng sya ngksakit ksi mag 3 years na kmi and jan this lng sya na diagnosed. Pls. need an info about this, if know someone who has mostly the same situation as we have and how they come with possible solution, salamat po sa lhat!
