hi..i have a question..my sister is in canada right now..she wants to sponsor me..but in class of relationship i am not in the category..can she still sponsor me..even though i am married..i am here at philippines..is there possibility that she can sponsor me..tnx..

Only if she is single never married, has no children, both parents and grandparents are deceased, and she has no Aunts/Uncles/Nieces/Nephews in Canada.

thank you PMM..if she cant sponsor me..because sad to say she is married and got her visa through her husband..is there any possible way that she can get me..through other application..say..i can study caregiving program..then can she look for an employer that can sponsor me..
and also i have a daughter she is 12 years of age can she then sponsor my daughter..because it says in the category brother,sister,nephew,niece who is unmarried and at the age of 18..is my daughter qualified?

1.  No, you daughter is not an orphan under 18.
2.  You could apply for live in caregiver, but you have to meet the minimum qualification  and then you require an LMO from an employer.  See; http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/caregiver/index.asp

Depends on the country where you are living, check their web site for processing times.http://w01.international.gc.ca/cra-rce/index.aspx  For example Manila it is 12-18 months.
