Just Waiting more then a year now

Dear All members,
I submit all my documents in Mid of May 09 and IELTS result in Mid of July still no answer from Embassy and ecas showing in process,
Please advise me what should I do? you think they still inquirying about my documents or its normal procedure to take that long.
I submit my simplified application in June 08 so its more then a year for whole procedure and I am still waiting.
Please advice.

Hi Belize, which local visa center did you submitted your full application?

PPR - Oct. 20, 2009
Passport sent to CHC London - November 10, 2009
Passport w/ Visa received - Dec. 12, 2009

i have submitted updated documents on 23 june 2009 at malaysia kuala lumpur CHC.
