Medical Examination is required so we will get that done soon, possibly next week.

So my wife became pregnant 7 weeks ago (after my CEC application was submitted).

Is this going to be a problem at all?

Are they going to reject my application and tell me that I need to add the baby or anything like that?

Or will the medical doctors deny service because she is pregnant?

I'm sure there are people going through the same journey.. please help!

You and your wife and her Dr. may want to think about the x-rays which are part of the medical exam.  Most applicants delay until after the birth of child.  Though then you have to add the child to the application.

Thank you for your concern.

That is actually the first thing we discussed.

After research and consultation, we decided to go on with the chest x-ray.

Hi vehementsnow,

May I ask you when did you submitted your application and when you received medical?
Is your file transferred to Ottawa? I am trying to compare the times to predict when I should receive my medical.

Thanks
Mari
