I read the sticky, and I have a couple questions.

So our plan was for me too move to CA, and both of us move to the USA after a few years.

When she sponsors me and we get through the whole process, will I still have US citizenship? "Dual-citizenship"?

What's a "true ETA" I always doubt estimates given to me by government/businesses?

and

Once we submit everything and start the waiting process am I eligible to get a work visa or some other form of temporary citizenship?

Yes, you will still be a citizen of the US. You will have "dual citizenship" after you go through the process to become a Canadian citizen as well. Firstly, you become a permanent resident of Canada then once you met the residency requirements, you can apply to become a citizen.
