Just got the Nomination for Alberta, need help with forms

Hi All,

I just received the nomination for Alberta and have to get the paperwork ready and file the application to CIC. I have the following question:
-I am the principal applicant, so do my wife have to take the English language test?
-Do I have to submit the educational and experience document, not sure because the checklist does not have a check box for Provincial Nominee?
-can I send only the application processing fee now and wait for the CIC to ask for the RTPR fee?

1. yes just u the principal applicant need English efficiency test.
2. just submit ur work experience certificate they will demand the educational certificate when needed.
3. right now u just send them processing fees. RPR fee can b submit later with medical.

can any body help me regarding making bank draft for ;reciever genral for canada;.and my name and address on the back.thats all we need to do.
in instruction it says you  have to write the name of the canadian bank.
