If you are not from a "visa waiver" country, you need to apply for a B1/B2 visa to the US.

Oh, no citizens of the Philippines need visa to enter the US. I am not sure how long it takes here in Canada. You would have to schedule an interview with a US consular office. Get a letter of support from your employer.

Sorry I am not very familiar with the requirements in applying for a US visa from Canada. Here's a link that might help you.

Letter of support must contain that you are working for them and they need you to travel with them for "such1" and "such2" reasons.
