67 points is the minimum mark, I calculated my points and got just 67 points (not even 1 extra).
I am bit uncomfortable with my score, can someone help (answer) if it is okay to have just 67.

I understand it's stupid question, but bit concerned.

Thanks a lot...

If the visa officer awarded you 67 Points as you claimed , you will sail through, just make sure that you can provide all the required evidence for all points claimed.

Good Luck

67 points is the pass mark.  If all you papers are according to CIC guidelines and you qualify in all other areas you are fine.   Low IELTS scores for certain NOC have been a problem,  even if you have the points they may not give you visa beacause of low IELTS scores in certain NOC.  67 points is as good as 75 if you have all papers in order and qualify in other areas.

You can claim 2+2+4+4=12 points out of 16 for the english language ability. I can say same as mine. Are you achieving 67 points considering the 12 points for the IELTS?

If I were you I would sit IELTS again, just to be on the safe side since you are a university lecturer (English Lang).
So your score has to be high by definition of your occupation.

I read 2 months back about a post, that guy had more than 70 points but 5 to 5.5 in IELTS; VO asked him to prove his proficiency again, he was also in teaching profession.

I practice from following books
-Barrons IELTS
-Cambridge 7 IELTS

google & buy, you would get better result 100% and send the result before VO ask you, this would prevent to slowdown processing of your case.

good luck
