Hello I am new here, need some opinions. I have sent my initial application in March 2010 and today i recieved an email from FSW which saying i am not eligible because my job duties are missmatch with NOC.
What should i do now, i am doing 80% of job duties same as NOC 0213. overall 8 years development experience with 2 years as IT Manager here in Denmark. Should i apply again with new application??? without mentioning old application as it became rejected at initial intake so i think not registered at CIC sydney Nova.
anyone who has the same situation?

Hi jimmy, You are in similar situation like "Saida" (another applicant on june thread), You can definetly apply again and you should apply it and canadian immigration does say that you can re apply. Just re write your job duties again in a way that it shows you matches the job duties listed under that NOC. Get some help from the same NOC applicant there are many members on this forum here who are willing to help each other. Submit a new application with a cover letter saying previously it was rejected because of the job duties but your job duties does match with the NOC and you have re written the duties again to make it more clear. Dear all
i have a master's degree but i did NOT have to study full time for my master. i had first year as courses with credit hours and affter i passed this year i had to prepare a thesis. the period of the thesis is not defined you may finish in 1 year of max 5-6 years. during these years you follow up with your supervisor and you don't have to attend classes. it is about how you manage it with your supervisor.
the question is, do i add these years, 6 years, to my university formal education years to (5 undergraduate+6 postgraduate) ?
and if i have to, Shall i add 6 years (cosidering that it was not full time) or how to calculat it ?

hi preetdhillon4u As far as I know, you will know once they give you an AOR. I don't know if calling them will illicit a favorable response. |
