Agree with you that DD is much safest way of payment than CC, moreover it is also important that the validity of DD must be of 6 month and not less, most of applicant forget to re-check with their Bank Draft about validity.
Some banks issues DD with validity of 3 months and some 6 months...
Good that my DD have validity of 6 months
@ atul.amin sup man? what bank did ya used? local bank or foreign? because my local bank here in manila endorse scotiabank affiliated bank international so we bought canadian dollars to them so my DD under scotiabank how about yours? Good luck and god bless =)

I resides in Delhi, north campus area....and my nearest passport ofc is on Asaf ali road I downloaded 2 forms from passport website:- http://passport.gov.in/cpv/Forms.htm1. Application form no.2 :- App for PCC and 2. Personal particulars form (PP form):- App for Police verification report Just wanted to cnfrm whether i need to go to Bhikaji kama place ofc or Asaf ali rd ofc Pls let me know if these two forms wud be used...... Thanks, Anubhav Hi anubhav you need to go to regional passport office at bhikaji cama place take below particulars along with you 1.Application Form(Form No. 2) PP size photo to be pasted and mention that you are applying for PCC for Canada immigration 2. Valid Passport in original (and a photo copy of the same) 3. Proof of residence (Electricity/Telephone bill etc) 4. (A set of 3 personal particulars form (if you have not stayed in your current residence for the last one year) If you are in your current residence for the last one year, this is not needed) Submit fee Rs.300/ for each person at the counter no -12 and they will tell u when to collect your passport, there will be a long queue so try to go early.if you need any further clarification just let me know. why passport offices in india differs in giving pcc?gujarat passport office refuses to even enter inside the office without bringing the REQUEST letter from visa office (for canada PR )to have PCCC,THIS IS INJUSTICE REALLY.WHY SUCH A RUDE BEHAVIOUR.......

ALL PASSPORT OFFICES IN INDIA MUST HAVE UNIFORM ONE GUIDELINES IN ISSUING PCC.IT SHOULD NT DIFFER BECAUSE IT IS COINTROLLED BY ONE AUTHORITY --CENTRAL.
