Hi,
This is my timeline
We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 4, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012.
Anybody in the same boat with me?Why is it taking such a long time?And is there a chance for them not to issue the medicals?
Please HELP!!!!

Thnks a lot for ur. comments...I have already submitted d docs they asked for. Just thnkng wud visa officer be ok wid all other docs that's y they askd for PCCs. Anyways I Have also applied for CAIPS last week.lets see what happens.

I m yet to get mr and CAIPS....I m d only one who is been askd for providing PCC at d tym of changing my status to ip.... Generally people get this request along wid mr but I got it so early...so I was curious y they askd so early

You know what I think,
When you get your CAIPS NOTES, you check on the criminality part: if its not "Passed" or "eligible" kind status, that means they were not convinced with your earlier PCC.

I am going to UK this monday for a week for the purpose of business meetings. Please let me know how do i inform NDVO about it. Shud i fill some form or simply make a letter and let them know my departure, arrival dates and provide them my VISA copy.

I dont think u are in need of any documentation at all. CIC should be informed when u have permanent change in address or kind of things they normally mention in their enquiry replies.. Hope this will work, God bless, Kavya |

Not required only in case you have lived at another location for more than six months do you need to submit a PCC. Sunny |
