Hahahahah. Thats wierd sign of progress. I am surprised by ur observation, but hope you are right. All the best with ur progress.

You should get your medicals a week/10 days after address disappearance. That's how it happened with me,  however i had an extra line added "Your application was reviewed and we have begun processing" before the address disappearance.

 @ Binson,

Try your best and show them that you have tried to get PCC but not possible.

You cannot do more than this. The presentation how you show them that you have tried is very important.

Attach all supporting documents for your trial.

This is absolutely fine brother
Go ahead and send it.
As I have always been telling you, they will definitely give you extra time. People who need FBI clearance from USA also have to request for such extra time.
You are doing right thing by providing the proofs of PCC requested
