You are lucky that they put you back in process, expect a letter or something because they are dispatching you something, also when did your ecase started working

GUYS, i'm frustrated   

I'm done with medical for more than 6 months now, and still nothing is happening...
I emailed them three times and they always answer the same : waiting for Background check,

An attorney told me that this means they are still waiting for the Interpol to submit our report.. maybe it's taking that long because we are living out of our home land..

but I think they just dunno what to say so they are sending this response

I'm really frustrated because this is coming closer to the start of school at September...
I really dunno whats happening

Status changed at ECAS: Your Application was recevied and we started processsing on May 29, 2012

Dear ALL as i wrote yesterday we may find ecases status unavailable due to some reason so never worry just hope that they will correct the same in few days.

Status is same here...except the processing started date is May 29, 2012.

I would like to inform that my e-cas has changed into IN PROCESS with processing date recently. Following are the details:
NOC – 3215
Visa Office – New Delhi
Initial application to CIO Nova Scotia – June 01, 2010
First AOR received – October 05, 2010
Full Documents sent – dec 15, 2010
Second AOR received from NDVO – jan 05, 2011
E cas – IN PROCESS
Processing date – Reviewed application and started processing on March 30, 2012

Here I would like to inform that when I told my consultant to update about born of child in my file he told that CHC is asking to all for new forms with validation code so we may require to gothrough entire process again. Its very sameful for them they have to apply rules to only new people the filling of forms is not an easy task. Is there anyone who received such request....?

when my file went in process in the middle of April , address was missing ..... but nothing happened!!!!!

Dear Beximco,
While MI-3 applicants receive medicals within 8 weeks...for us MI-2 applicants(and with NOC 0213)...it seems longer...how long is this time-period to get MR? on an average from the details given out by senior members/applicants of this thread? 6 months or 8 months? I understand the processing is case to case, but is there any statistics which may help us to understand the processing times taken? Thank you in advance.
