at the same time, i cant deny facts as well.

HI thanks for ur compliments but fact is fact I am more keen to reach canada than any other on forum I have been Australia for few years and know how good quality of life is there.... but I have to accept that CIC is making delay in taking decisions..

Hello Saida and congratulations but I have a question and nobody has answer for it, there are a couple of applicants who got into in-process with dates and after a couple of months they got into DM without any letters or MR and they are pre-June applicants what do you think of this situation?

Usually i have seen people getting MR in 1-3 months. Inshallah your time is near to get MR. Read a lot of "Hasbi Allahu Wa Naymal Wakeel"  (the closest meaning in my knowledge is "Allâh (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)"

Hello strame and seniors, 
one query from my side, pls advise if you analyse the situation. I m  inprocess with date (xx march12) with noc code 0213(Computer Network Manager). My employer`s (Director`s) PA received calll 2 week ago from NDVO regarding my verification. I am worried because he told him that i am working as Computer Hardware Manager and in job profile he said i am only person to manage all computer Hardware operation. Whereas i  m also manage all computer network as well. Director`s PA is not much computer savoy person and he don't know much difference between two post name. They asked 8 to 10 question regarding my verification like, post name, job profile, Salary bank account, No. of years, No. of staff, no. of computers etc. After that no call for me from their side. My queries is :-

1)Is it serious and negative sign (whereas many applicants like kavya & others received calls after the job verification from employer)
2)Any doubt about like job duties doesn't match
3) is we are under scanner of VO regarding job duties in this stage( In-process with date)

it wud be nice, if u pm me the details of verification(duration of the call, did vo introduce her/himself?).


scenario 1: as to see the data provided by u, I dont see any probs, u shall get medicals within this month(if processing resumes).
scenario 2: u will get a PF letter soon( tho, I deny the possibility), if they raise any issues.

so far, things are going in rite direction.

Hey Congratulations, hope you achieve your goals in Canada, I am still waiting for my embassy to show up, It`s gonna be two years since a submitted my application to Sidney, NC and more than a year that I sent full docs to the embassy and no result yet, so Let's keep waiting.
