Hello Guys Looks Like 4131 will be back in the List. I am a prejuner but silent observer on this forum NDVO applied on 21st June and presently in process with date.

I am not online frequently.

The 2011-20 recent data shown in Graphs projects excess requirement for 4131. TRy checking for other NOC's like i checked for plumbers, doctors (presently in the29 list) picture is not rosy.

Here is what it says for "0213", demand will be greater than supply...

For Managers In Engineering, Architecture, Science And Information Systems, over the period of 2011-2020, job openings are expected to total 38,425. It is expected that 37,400 job seekers will be available to fill these job openings.

"Over the 2011-2020 period, an occupation will be in excess demand (a shortage of workers) if the projected job openings (arising from expansion demand and replacement demand) are greater than the projected job seekers (arising from school leavers, immigration and mobility), while an occupation will be in excess supply (a surplus of workers) if the projected job seekers are greater than the projected job openings."

Today, Minister Kenney announced two additional changes that will help transform Canada's immigration system. One proposed change would help CIC ensure FSW applicants meet current labour market needs. It would allow new rules set out in Ministerial Instructions to apply to people who have already submitted an application. For example, instructions could place a priority on a specific occupation, such as doctors, and have existing applications from doctors processed first, regardless of where they are in the queue.

A similar change would allow new regulations, once approved, to apply retrospectively to people who have already submitted an application. These changes would help ensure that immigrants are chosen based on Canada's current needs and priorities.

Hi Friends - Does this means Rules for total Eligibility points change based on Age, Canadian experience, Language  and Education  would apply for Pre-June applicants too ?? Or  priority on a specific occupation would only be applied to Pre-June applicants.. if the 1st one is applicable to Pre-June then its a big big problem for many of us....

For example, the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) points system will be reformed to reflect the importance of younger immigrants with Canadian work experience and better official language skills. Furthermore, CIC will strengthen the assessment of educational credentials to ensure that immigrants are closer to being ready to work upon arrival in Canada. FSW applicants will have their foreign educational credentials assessed and verified abroad as a part of the application process.

We need to keep our fingers cross and wait till the new MI comes out. Speculation is not going to do any good. The canadians are now following in the footstep of the British, changing the rules in the middle of the game

Did you not send the PCC with the full set of docs to NDVO, or are they asking for it again?
