Hi All

Today I have received email from CIC LONDON around 6 pm

They have asked me to send following documents within 60 days

* Updated original Police certificates from Pakistan for you and your spouse
* X 3 Passport sized photographs of you and your family
* Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated  Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant


For PCC it will be expired...no problem  and updated snaps also no prob

But for other forms
As I have already send them forms why they are asking me again?


Is it good sign or bad sign?

Seniors,

I have strange thing happened and need some advises, i'am April 2010 applicant, and i got in process in February 2011 but with RBVO details.

and on December 2011 they asked to update my documents ( police certificates, bank statements, ect.. ) till now everything is normal

And suddenly, yesterday i found my E-case (Decision Made) and inside they added two lines more in the same time

- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012.
 
- A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. 

so is that a computer glitch !!!! or it's a rejection !!!!!

and how come it's a rejection, and they asked me to send updates , and as they mentioned that they started processing on February 27, is it normal to start processing and then reject !!!!!!

I don't understand anything and am really upset

maybe they did not get your update document, or they got them but not convinced about the new docs...
what did they ask you to send?

In order to enable us to continue the processing of your application, please provide us with the following documents within 30 days:
 
- Updated Schedule A for all family members 18 and older
- Updated police certificates from each country or territory where you or any of your family   
- Updated proof of funds to show sufficient funds for settlement in Canada

These are normal update request, which mean that everything was normal, and all the docemnets were ok !!!!

and they mentioned that they start processing on February 27 2012 !!!!!!! but in the same time they added (decision made )

I'am really confused ?

those are not really important for making descisions....
two possible things has happened:
1- they did not get your updates so they thought you are not intrested or available anymore..
2- it is a System Error, just like some other cases that has happened before for applicants.

As i know, they won't ask me to update my documents, if they were not convinced with my application

and as i said, they wrote the start date of processing, so i really don't understand anything

with due appology to my friend who jumped to this conclusion that ur case has been refused, i may say that it still has a possitive string attached to it.and
Since, ur aplication has got past quantitative check(eligibilty-check)  and now has entered the final stage prior to MR,vo is likely to be reassured, if at all, there is any change in ur family constitution ,financial status vis-a-vis  owned fund nd personal legal position involving security check.
In the light of above,I have reason to believe that  after u  have submitted the requisitioned DOCS ,VO WILL VERIFY THEM CAREFULLY.If he/she is satisfied,u will be issued MR.

It is very natural, we can expect lot of errors in our e-case as the NDVO is processing all the application in rush. (I am not sure, till what stage this rush will continue)
There are people who got In Process with date 3months ago but no one got any update or medicals request yet.
I guess NDVO has planned some schedule for entire MI-1 applications and they are strictly working on that(we can see that on mass In Process with dates status updates), only NDVO or Canadian Registered Consultants can provide more clarity on Medical Request or updates.
I am sure there are few people applied for CAIPS after their e-case updated to “In Process” with date, I request if you all can share details of the same.

but i really don't understand, as you said how come they start processing after assissing my file, and ask for the updates, and then I found this !!!!!!!

I reiterate,sir,u have already gone past the eligibility check.NOW,ur spupporting docs are being cheked for their genuineness. I reckon,if VO is of the view that some additional information is required for arriving at conclusive decision,it becomes his/her prerogrative to call it from the applicant.
There have been cases when the information so called contradicts the one submitted earlier on. Under such circumstances,there could be refusal as well,since it tantamounts to creat doubt in the mind of VO,REGARDING Genuineness of the docs.Quality of the docs is a decisive factor.

Any ways,please hope for the best.

m not jumping to any conclusion. but in my opinion, if u hvnt got any medical request so far, it is smthing to worry about. it seems rejection.

- Updated proof of funds to show sufficient funds for settlement in Canada.

That was the update requested documents, as requested from anyone, and believe me everything is clear and ligal

that's why i don't understand

 U receive rejection  letter with in 20 days after the update of this stauts ( February 27, 2012).

kindly think about other options

the status has been updated yesterday, and these two line added in the same time
