Hi all
I received my 2nd AOR today. The letter is dated January 27, 2012.
It states that the average processing time is 36 months. If I have not received instructions from the office within 24 months of submitting my application, I may contact the office directly. The letter further mentioned that if an interview is required, I will be notified of the appointment approximately 2 months prior.

Should i consider this (E.....) file number as a Second AOR...
Am I in the track of Processing..
Should i re- write to Visa office...
I am very much puzzled..please any one from the group can if possible help me out ..thank you ..

Of course, your file is in the process otherwise they never asked you to provide the correct bank draft to include your child. Moreover, the number you got starting with 'E' is also reprents that your file is in the right track. What you can ask the VO about the 2nd AOR mentioning the entire fact with the new file number.
Hope this will address your concern.

As per the spreadsheet maintained by srid_a, you are the first among the NDVO applicants in the Oct to Dec time-frame (2nd AOR in Oct 18?), to get IP. Did your e-cas status change to "In process with RVBO" before this or did it go to IP directly from RVBO? Dear Friends

Thanks Mate !!
After seeing the Response of KAVYA ,ATUL AMIN & Bonisson, all PRE june applicants Applied in june 2010, I checked my ECAS last evening and for my surprise RBVO changed to IN PROCESS( that to from 16th Feb.)
Atul Amin got Inprocess on 11th feb and he got MR by Regd Post hard copy on 16th feb.
Wil request all of you pre juners to kindly keep a check on you Ecas now , NDVO has stated processing files .
Hoping for MR soon.... let see if we get that too... like atul in 4-5 days of inprocess date.
Realy Happy ........... at last some response from NDVO........

Dear Behabitu In general, all it means that your all the things are right up to this stage, means you gained the required 67 points, Job Description matched against NOC etc etc and you were eligible for further actions like verification, medical..... But I observe via this forum that the individuals are also getting rejection even their cases are at the stage of In-Process and this is the real threat. I am also very much disturb because of it. I also request seniors, to please comment that can VO reject the case on behalf of Job Description (required 67 points) even you are at the stage of In-Process or process has begun. Regards |
