I have similar time lines as your relative; sent all the documentation in July 2010 and the same NOC 4131, the only difference being I am from NDVO and a fortnight ago I got a mail from NDVO saying that the applications received between 28Feb 2008 and June 2010 will most likely be not processed in 2012, and since your relative got a mail from SGVO looks like things at SGVO is moving and NDVO is sleeping..zzzzzzzzzz
That brings a big question in my mind, is NDVO serious about the statement they are making in the mail that the FSW1 files will not be processed in 2012, while other VO's like SG are already rolling out MR's???
I have seen few more same cases from SGVO...I mean asking updated documents from applicants from same time line. Hope for the best from NDVO! |

Wait for the first quarter of 2012 and you will see movement in NDVO as well for prejune applicants.
Thanks for the re-assurance SandySurrey, but the question still remains about the mail from NDVO that FSW1 files will "most likely will not be processed in 2012" is it just a "template mail" to keep us quiet? or does it really mean what it says? |

This is just a standard reply, think about these facts that NDVO has one of the fastest Processing time of 16 months , in future it might exceed to 18 mOnths. There is no way that they wnt touch any prejune files in 2012, if that would have been the scenario there is no way that they would have taken out the June applicants file from there dump yard and change there status to RBVO recently .
