Friends, I spectacle why NDVO is motionless processing Pre June applications, haven't seen anyone who got MR from last couple of months. In contrary, there are other VOs who don't have any issue in allotting MR so far. Is it becoming factual that our file will be processed only after 2012 or in 2013? If that so then lets believe on the fact friends that we are unquestionably wasting our time, money and likelihoods to others.  Content your views on this. Pal |

We should look for other options, NDVO has enough applications in MI2 and MI3 to process in 2012 and we don't know about 2013 may be at that time they will have some other reason not to process MI1.

Dear lakhvinder.kaur madam,This year Skilled Worker qouta increased from 45000 to 57000-60000.Last year when qouta is 47000 that time aloted qouta tp DELHI CHC was of 6500 application. .This year it increased to 8000 applications .MI-2 applications are almost finisted because i already talk to 2-3 applicants of MI-2 who received medicals and theY are 31 may 2011 applicants.so there not more than 200 applications left in MI-2 catgories.If we are talk about MI-3 applicants .Total applicants received are 5300 Till date and for delhi chc it has not more than 500s applications.If we add MI-2 and MI-3 then total is 700.so we minus 700 applications from 8000.It is become 7300 application.
Out 7300 applications delhi ChC working 60% on prejunes(feb26 ,2008 to 25june2010)which 4000 applications.rest of 3300 they work for before prejune(2004 to 25 feb 2008).If i am wrong kindly point out me

Hi Indian, You numbers work out to be correct... But we never know whats happening inside the CHC.... Lets hope for the best... Anyways, your post sounds pretty encouraging... As per your calculations, can you tell me when can i expect my call for MR... My application was submitted on June 4, 2010, 1st AOR received on OCtober 8, 2010, Documents sent on January 8, 2011 and 2nd AOR received on January 18, 2011. Regards KArthik |

Hi Indian, I appreciate your positive attitude, but I am sorry I am not agreed with your calculations. I may be wrong ...my calculation is as below As per inventory published at Data.gc.ca till july 2011 MI-1- total pending cases- 7,389 and total person- 18,927MI-2 Total cases- 1,817 and total person- 4,555MI-3 is yet not processed and if it is 30% of total application then it must be 1500 cases and total person around 4500Grand total- 18927+4,555+4500= 27982 lets assume 2000 visas issued till december,2011 27982-2000= 25982 New Delhi has quota of 7500 last year if assume it could be 10000 this year ( please note its number of visas to be issued not files to be processed) In 2012 25982-10000= 15982 + new cases are still left for 2013, 2014 and so I wanted to be wrong but still we can not keep our eyes closed..... |

Pre june files will be processed in 2012 for sure as there are lot of cases waiting from Feb & march,2010. so they will get visa in 2012 but we are from last batch of pre junes so we have to wait bit longer ...may be till 2013 or 2014. |
