Hi Teaspoon,
You are not alone experiencing this thing. Waiting time for pre-june applicants has increased and it will take about 2 years from the date of document submission to reach the decision. As you have submitted documents in Jan-11, I think you should expect your case to finalise not before the end of 2012. If you get it earlier, that's bonus for you.

Dear All, It has been long time since I wrote on this forum. I just wanted to share great news with all of you. Today I have received email with passport request.  You can update the spreadsheet as follows: In process date: 25 AUG Medical request received: 1 SEP Medical done: 29 SEP (medical results reached London: 6 OCT) Passport request: 7 NOV. I wish all of you to receive your visas in near future and begin new life in Canada. All the best to all of you!!! Good for you, hope you have a great new life, for the rest of us we just have to keep the faith and keep waiting. |

Can anybody tell me how i can check if my medicicals are arrived in London? They were send on 11 of october but until now my online status is not changed. I wondering when to expect visa reques (ofcorse if they give mi visa).
And were to expect the request by regular mail or email.

Please note that the 24 Months information by the CIC is an administrative projection, which may be over run in real practice. While new application intake is low allowing for time for the locked in application ( backlogs) to be attended to.
It is still worth noting that the backlog is huge and the real determinant factor will be how fast is the backlog reducing.
A look at the visa quota is still scary.

Hi, Ask for tracking number (I suppose that they used DHL as in our case) from the medical office were you have done your medical examination and check on the DHL website when your results reached London. Status of our application changed after 5 weeks and 1 day (from the date when our medical results reached London). Status changed into:medical results have been received. The next day we received email with passport request. Waiting time from medicals to passport requests is 5 - 6 weeks. |

I am dec 2009 applicant Sent my docs on may 2010 Status in process with RBVO Since july 2011 My address was disappear in 1st nov and reappear on 11-11-11 Nothing more Is that true ince address disappear they start working on the case Its already more then 18months passed but no progress Please share if anyone got MR with my timeline |
