I reapplied on Oct. 4, 2010 and got medical on Oct. 17, 2011.
My pre June application (Jun. 3, 2010) was withdrawn and refunded.
Please update my status. Thank you.

Hi Roseapple, I need ur advise abt the application withdrawal. i am also 1 of the june 2010 applicant & my application is pending at the New Delhi visa office. now i have made up my mind to apply through the Manitoba PNP & i have also received my Letter of Approval. Now i need to reapply to NDVO. in this case my previous application will be automatically withdrawn or i have to apply for withdrawal? Can i leave both of my application with New Delhi VO & opt for whichever comes 1st ? Advise will be highly appreciated.... Regards |

Hello Leoalive,
You can have two applications at the same time. The application won't be withdrawn automatically. You have to sign a request to the VO to withdraw anyone. However, the VO could soon notice your two applications because of their excellent computer information system. I was asked to withdraw one before processing by my VO officer. It was really hard to make a decision. I was lucky enough to get a hint from officer that the post June has high priority. So, I withdrew the the pre June one. In your case, my suggestion is: make a parallel application, then wait the instruction from your VO. Good luck.

I got my GCMS notes and nothing new there.
My Sec, Crim, Med BFD is 28-10-11 already expired.
Have no idea when they will start to process our applications...
Also they did not count my points.

Thanks sandy for sharing information.I can believe wat u mentioned as I requested for my original documents in May and didnt get any reply since then but yesterday i received call from CHC new delhi regarding the same.I asked her when my processing will start and she gave me standard reply that i am in Que. but at least they opened my file. |
