Also I have ordered CAIPS and will got at in the end of October
hey Saida, nice to hear from you. we all are standing still, waiting for the medicals. well, my VO replied me same as the standard reply stating the processing would take more than 2 years. this immigration thing has affected so much in our life, everythg we are leaving behind due to the hopes of immigration. hope time will change very soon, and the day will surely come. good luck and have a nice day. lamhey |

Hi saida, i'm doing good. No news from my end. just waiting something to happen with prejune files. Its really frustrating ..we applied by assuming that process will finish within one year but now we even dont know when they start looking at our files. Anyways ....! wish you guys all the best. |

They are all may/june applicants This could be a sign that most visa offices are on top of all the June 2010+ applications and are now processing pre-June-2010 in between these as they get the resource to do so. The idea of the MI-2 and MI-3 rules was to allow resource for clearing the MI-1 and pre-Feb-2008 backlog, so hopefully it is now starting to work Wayne. |

lamhey! i pray to allah that u got visa soon , coz i have similar situations like you. hope it ends soon. i wish saida and cappuccino is telling this from a reference , saida sis , please share the reference. it seems on a certain turn of a road the journey stuck ! Hi Lakhvinder, But he is of 0631 (Restaurant and Food Service Managers) which is still among Eligible Occupation (by National Occupational Classification [NOC] code)....unlike ours.. & Number of Complete Applications Received for NOC 0631 is just 183. Anyways Good luck. Pal |
