Dear Pal, please I need to understand the difference between 2nd AOR Acknowledgement of receipt issued by VOand the approval letter from nova scotia telling you that your application has been approved and also telling you to send your full supporting documents 1st AOR for Pre June & PER for Post June Applicants. I applied on june 8 2010, receieved that letteron octy 27th,sent my supporting docs in nov 25. Up till now my ecas is RBVO. I wrote an email to them and their response was that my docs are on queu waiting to be paper screened by an officer. I was also given new file no and Uci no.

My noc is 0111 and my VO is Accra. Pls my brother help me with these explanation as I've not received any AOR.I really don't understand. Thank you so much. Waiting for your response. U can send Case Specific Enquiry to them, but hardly they reply.

Patience is reallly a virtue in this game. But as slow as it may seem, the wheels of processing is moving. In the meantime, try to read the most that you can prior to landing. This would ease out your transition. Lot's of helpful information regarding this in Migrate to Canada site.

I am getting above status as we can see that CIC is not intended to process any more cases / applications amongst 38 occupation list they need only 29 occupations required in their labour market. One of my known has enquired about hi status and he was informed that CIC people has no time to see his file ( He applied under 38 occupations list) They will check when they will get time. If he wants can withdraw his file. Friend they want us to withdraw our files and they dont want to refuse directly to us so they will not process untill they are in need of us........

All i can suggest to u is just to be positive..and as far as they don't want to process our files things lead to different angle because they have to and surely will.. maybe it takes some time.

June applicants have started to receive MR but from Berlin VO (you can check in this Blog Pg # 297).
His time-lines:

 Category........: FSW1
 Visa Office......: Berlin
 NOC Code......: 3152
 App. Filed.......: June 2010
 Doc's Request.: Oct. 2010
 AOR Received.: Oct. 2010
 IELTS Request: send with appl.
 File Transfer...: Jan. 2011
 Med's Request: 24.06. 2011
 Med's Done....: 18.07.2011

Things surely gonna lead us to our fortune ...within month or two lots of people in this blog will be getting MR. Only obstruction is ND is getting sluggish now but when they start to issue MR the thing will beyond doubt going to gear up. Smiley

I think one member named "Jassi Cool" got medical directly without his case turned to "In Process". He got his Visa too and right now he is in Canada.
