my time line is in the sheet shared in this topic
i sent my papers december 2009 to CIC
then there were several problems in the payment so i recieved first AOR on 19/8/2010
then i sent the documents to cairo visa office on 7/10/2010
i recieved 2nd AOR 19/10/2010
then i saw the in process status on 5/6/2011 but i dont know when exactly it was changed
but it is still with the RBVO words , the sentence of beginning review is not there yet

i am not sure what u really meant abo\/e. i am a may 2010 applicant...i am pretty sure if an applicant lodged his/her applications on june 2010, he/she should ha\/e recei\/ed a file number by now. if not 1st or PER maybe e\/en 2nd file number. otherwise, his/her application would ha\/e been returned by CIC for lack of points or he/she shld ha\/e recei\/ed NER.....it's illogical to patiently wait for a 1st file number for 12 months, dont u think? |

I don't know what u mean by first file no. I applied in June 2010 and received a no. from CIO. However it is not a B0 no. It is a client number. I sent my documents to VO in December and since then nothing. my e-cas reads eligibility complete. Pending review. If u are asking whether I received a number from VO, then no, I'm still Waiting...
