I ordered CAIPS, but got GCMS on the end of February. I knew my new application number from it. In addition, nobody from Kyiv visa office received 2nd AOR. SOME MAJOR INFORMATION REGARDING GCMS.

Instead of CAIPS CIC would put into practice 'Global Case Management System' by April 2011.
But its full implementation entirely depends on individual CHC's existing workload/backlog.

The major benefit of GCMS is that it would retain more detailed information on selection of PR applicants till the final decision stage rather than the old CAIPS which only shows points for age and the total marks obtained if the interview has been waived.

This new GCMS would also assist immigration officers in further request for additional documents, cost recovery management and to deter fraud in supporting documents submitted in support of permanent residence in Canada applications.
(but practically need some step by step procedures)

There were much vital information. For example, "selection decision - passed", "number of my points =70", "ready for med`s" etc. GCMS is including 32 pages of vital information Wink

Hello,

I can no longer access ECAS!!

When I enter my client ID Number, date of birth, surname and country of birth it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

This was working until about a week ago.  I have not recieved my 2nd AOR yet - sent full docs to VO on 14th February.

Does anyone else have this issue?

We are in USA now and we are in I-485 Pending and using EAD card.( I have been in USA for more than 10 years with other status). We are applying Canada green card. and it sent us a letter request lawfully admitted to Canada/USA for a period of at least one year at the time for applying permanent residence.

it tell us:

Under section 101(13)(A)&(B) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of the United States, a person who is paroled under section 212(d)(5) if the immigration and nationality Act is not considered to have been lawfully admitted. EAD card is not proof of lawful admission.

my quesiton

1)what document should I submit, can I submit I-485 pending receipt?

2)Does my status is Paroled as above described?

3)Does that mean I am not qualified for applying Canada green card since I am parole??

Thank you so much
