Thank you Saida for your wishes I don't have any plans yet, I just want to know if there is gonna be a new list with different NOCs or not and then I will be able to check if I am eligible to apply or not, does anyone know about any proposed lists ? |

Hi lamhey, Thanks for updating. Unfortunaetly I think there are a couple of mistakes for me: 1. "June 2010 applicants-VO wise" shows Full Docs recieved as Jan 16th rather than Feb 16th. 2. "June 2010 applicants" sheet does not show that my Full Docs were recieved on 16th Feb. I would be grateful if you could update these for me. Thanks |

Alex chances are very low because unofficial unemployment reach upto 15% in canada I was reading some where. by the way guys my medical was received today  i wish my status say passport request has been sent |

Hi I applied for PR visa before the 26 June 2010. I got my first AOR October 1 2010 and I sent my full documents on 23 Jan 2011 to Singapore visa office.
I checked my status on line today. It has shown that" full documents have received by visa office". Base on this message, How long it's gonna take to the next step?

If I'm not mistaken, they will send you a 2nd AOR which will include the number of months they think they need in order to finish processing your papers. |

"Today I called CHC-ISB and asked them why its taking that long for spousal immigration and why you are not working on them within your time lines. Visa office lady said we are aware how much problems applicants are facing and its a major issue here at CHC-ISB as well. CHC-ISB have enough people to complete the work but they have special instructions from Jason Kenney's office to slow down the spousal immigration process. She also said if we get instructions from Canadian Immigration office to finalize the cases in a week we can do that easily.
