No this address is not new, its CIC mail ID, actually ecas status update is taken care by CIC only not VO so you need to interact with them. |

I even can't access in ecas.I tried with first number from CIO and with second from the letter with 2 AOR.
Try this: First use your ID number Second type your last name as it appers in your passport Third your birth date and finally your country, that worked for me, i did not have to type my name. Good luck. |
